Today is a day of remembrance for Virginia Tech, and Hokies nation-wide.
I'd like to take this small space to ask you to remember those extraordinary lives we lost four years ago today. Please take a moment for them and those they left behind. We must honor the families that had to piece themselves back together after such a tragic event.
The Hokies of Virginia Tech are a tight community of bright students from all over. The Hokies are strong, and will continue to be. Instead of allowing today to be full of sadness, let us be proud to be a part of such strength! Today we are a Hokie nation. Today we honor and remember.
